Vehicle Wheel Alignment System

This device uses image processing and machine vision technology to measure and display vehicle wheel angles with high speed and accuracy.

• Utilizes machine vision technology in the measurement algorithm to achieve high speed and precision.
• Measures main wheel angles along with other vehicle physical data: wheel distance, front and rear axle distance, wheel diameter, and axle deviation.
• Measures toe and camber angles with just one forward and backward movement of the vehicle.
• Simultaneous display of all four wheel angles with 0.1° accuracy.
• Automatic wheel runout compensation by software.
• Detects tire size mismatch.
• Database of over 25,000 vehicles: American, European, Asian, and Iranian (supports more than 95% of global vehicles and all domestic cars).
• Easy addition of new vehicles to the database (via new vehicle test or Rayankhodro website).
